After working 10 years in the Film Industry under the Locations Department and a short time as an Animal Wrangler, I decided to make a change. My passion has always been to work with animals. I did some research and enrolled in a part time Animal Behavioral Course and Dog Obedience Training. I wanted to learn more about dog behavior, build confidence, and have this knowledge when caring for other's pups. That was almost 4 years ago and I feel that those lessons have been invaluable. Most of my "clients" don't need any special help, but being able to help those that do, has been a great source of pride in my life.
So why choose me? I have been walking dogs (as a career) since 2008 and haven't had a single incident. I take my job very seriously and ALWAYS have a watchful eye on every dog. By keeping the group walks small, it makes it very easy to know where everyone is and also enables me to bond quicker with new dogs.
Unlike the larger dog walking companies, it's just me running the show. You won't have random strangers taking turns or inexperienced handlers entering your home and taking your pup. I take the time to get to know your dog and develope a trusting relationship which goes a long way. If they have any "triggers", I will know about them and always be one step ahead. Nothing is more important to me then your trust and the safety of your dog. But don't get me wrong, we have to have fun doing it!
